Terms and condition



1. Nature of Service
​FoodyBin is an online platform that primarily facilitates the connection between Customers, Partner Restaurants, and Delivery Partners.
​We are not the seller or manufacturer of the food. The Partner Restaurants are solely responsible for the quality, hygiene, and legal compliance of the food prepared and sold.
​2. Account Registration
​Eligibility: The individual using the services must be 18 years of age or older.
​Information: All information provided during account registration (name, address, phone number) must be accurate and complete.
​Security: It is the Customer's responsibility to securely maintain the account login details and immediately notify the Company in case of any unauthorized use.
​3. Order and Payment
​Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer submitted to the Restaurant. The order is only confirmed once the Restaurant accepts it.
​Pricing: The Customer is liable to pay all prices displayed on the platform, including taxes, delivery fees, and other charges. FoodyBin reserves the right to change these prices at any time.
​Payment: All payments for orders must be completed using the methods provided in the app (Credit Card, UPI, COD).
​Incorrect Orders: Once an order is placed and the Restaurant has begun preparation, the order generally cannot be canceled.
4. Cancellation, Refund, and Amendments
​Customer Cancellation:

​A full refund may be applicable only if the order is canceled immediately after placement (e.g., within 1-2 minutes).
​If the Restaurant has started preparing the order, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be provided.
​Company/Restaurant Cancellation: The Company reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as the Restaurant being closed, non-availability of a Delivery Partner, or lack of stock. In such cases, the Customer will receive a full refund.
​Refund: In situations where a refund is applicable, the amount will be processed back within a specified number of days, depending on the payment method.
​5. Delivery
​Address: It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the Customer may not be eligible for a refund.
​Timeframe: The stated delivery time is an estimate only. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or Restaurant congestion. FoodyBin shall not be held liable for such delays.
​Receiving: The Customer must be ready to receive the order immediately upon the arrival of the Delivery Partner.
6. Limitation of Liability
​All liability concerning the quality of the food rests solely with the Partner Restaurant.
​The Company's liability for any losses or damages incurred by the Customer due to application malfunctions or delivery delays shall be limited.
​7. Changes to T&C
​FoodyBin reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will become effective from the date of publication on the platform.
